TVM has developed a program that will ensure you never have to worry about not having medical coverage for you or your Family.

We now offer any employee of our partner companies the option of electing to be covered by our exclusive “Well Care Program”. This program enables you to have access to our clinic and all of our medical services, for one low monthly payment.
When you’re covered by this program you’ll receive all the benefits of having your own personal Physician.
This includes:
  Regular visits to our Medical Center, whether you have a cold, Flu, Bronchitis, Pneumonia or require pain management our medical staff is standing by to treat you.
  Access to our radiology department should you injure your self and require an X-ray and treatment for simple breaks or fractures that may require a cast.
  Diagnosis and treatment for illnesses such as High Blood pressure, Cholesterol management, Asthma, Migraines, weight management and more.
  Cuts, Lacerations, Strains or Sprains and all other urgent care needs.
As a full service clinic, we can treat you during your non-work hours.

Our facility is open from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday and 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Saturdays. Our Medical staff are all certified Trauma and Emergency medicine practitioners and Internists.

When you enroll in our Well Care Program, you receive priority status. This means if you have no appointment, you are seen before non-participants. In addition each year you will receive a free flu vaccination and receive medications to treat other illnesses before they happen.
Our primary concern is your continued health.

We have also negotiated discounted prescription coverage that can save you up to 50% on the medications you need, in some cases we can even give you samples to get you through an illness at no extra charge.

Sign-up now, before it’s too late. One illness that requires you to go to an Emergency room will cost you more than a full year of payments for this necessary service. You can cancel at any time for any reason if you are not 100% satisfied.
This service is not an insurance plan and does not cover any services not provided at our clinic. We strongly suggest that you speak with an insurance professional to obtain catastrophic insurance in addition to this Discount Medical Service program. We reserve the right to change this program or pricing upon 30 days notice. We also reserve the right to deny this service to applicants who do not meet our criteria for this program, based on the applicants past medical history.
