applicants is based
on the specific Job
the employee is
hired for (e.g.
Assembler,
Construction Labor,
Clerical, Warehouse
worker,
Agricultural/Horticulture
workers,
Manufacturing etc.).
Unlike other clinics
that give you only a
general idea of the
applicant’s current
health, the Paradigm
system includes only
the tests necessary
to exam the health
and capability of
the applicant to
perform their
specific job. This
saves you time and
money and reduces
the risk of a
potential workplace
injury. In addition
to the health of the
applicant we also
conduct a
multi-county
criminal background
check to identify
any violent
tendencies, Alcohol
or Drug abuse or
past workers
compensation fraud
cases.
THERE IS NO
ADDITIONAL CHARGE
FOR THIS EXCLUSIVE
SCREENING SERVICE.
Since implementing
the Paradigm system
in our clinic we
have also completely
renovated our clinic
and automated all
systems including
purchasing new state
of the art equipment
to speed up the
process of seeing
your referrals. We
have doubled our
staff, added doctors
experienced in the
paradigm screening
system and have
extended our hours
(Effective November
1, 2006) to 6:00
A.M. to 6:00 P.M.
Monday to Friday and
9:00 to 3:00 P.M. on
Saturdays. |
